Well quite! And indeed worried about regulation. Payments must move forward, but as the scale and volume increases, naturally the complexity and risk does too. 

Banks might do well to observe a while rather than rush in to what will be a low margin business, albeit very high volume. Perhaps worth asking the question of what a bank really is these days and what it wants to be?</description>
